Holiday Inn Cape Cod - Hyannis By Ihg

The pool area was refreshing, but I faced noisy neighbors at night.

The personnel was welcoming and outstandingly accommodating.

It was a quiet and reasonably priced hotel in a very very nice area, just off downtown, marinas and shopping, the Cape Cod Mall, and the Cape. I stayed in the room that was clean a fairly well maintained and available with a firm bed and jacuzzi, for instance. I was offered a free breakfast on vegetables. The location of the venue was great - not too far away from Hathaway's Pond.

A fee of $40,00 besides of the total amount for the room, that I don't know where is coming from????

Everyone was very friendly, overall a nice place to stay.

They accused my friends of smacking in the room when they didn't and tried to tack on a smoking charge of 200. Would never stay there again. Out of town visitors beware and stay somewhere else!

Location was good

Facility looked old with creaky floors and smelly carpets.

The indoor and outdoor pools were impeccably clean and a highlight of our stay. The kids loved them! The room was spacious, very comfortable, and the decor felt refreshed. The overhead bathroom lighting was quite bright for the small space, a bit overwhelming. Finding adequate dining options nearby was a challenge as choices were limited.

Enjoyed the beautiful swimming beaches, biking trails, and a great meal at Not Your Average Joe's. The staff were super friendly, and the room was cozy and clean. The indoor and outdoor pools were a hit for us, and the bar offered tasty drinks at reasonable prices. I'd recommend checking out the Regal Cinemas 12 for a fun night out.

The staff provided excellent customer service They were attentive and responsive to our needs

We were assigned a room by the pool but it had noticeable noise from the pool filter system

The Staff were very friendly both during check In And out.we needed a late checkout And They helped Us promptly.loved the coffe/ aromatic water In The lobby. The pool is great, And The towels In The pool area are just perfect.convenient room service . Overal like the place.

Unfortunally there was a Junior soccer time staying there on The same weekend And They were Very noise at The pool, But this is not The hotel's fault. Also didn't like the fact that the kids could sit around the hot tube with their feet in it. There was a very weird moment were I was inside and a couple was in too and all of this kids, over 10 sat around us and started chatting like interrupting the adults. I don't think they should be alowed to do that.
